How quickly can home care services
be provided/started?

Generally services can be provided within 48 hours after the initial assessment is performed.

Are your services available for the elderly in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?

We provide services in home or within retirement communities and assisted living facilities based on the specific needs of the patient. 

What happens if my caregiver is sick?

Our schedulers and scheduling software allows us to quickly reschedule care as soon as we are notified of a caregiver’s illness or absence. We always have back up caregivers that are close by.

Do I pay the caregiver?

All of our caregivers are paid directly through 365 Care.
No additional payments should be made to the caregivers.

Can I change the schedule if I have appointments?

We are happy to accommodate any changes in your schedule with sufficient notice.

Why should I use 365 Care rather than hire someone on my own?

We are happy that you are considering 365 Care. We are a privately owned company and we take great pride in our services and the caregivers that work for us.  All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened, trained, bonded and insured.  All of our caregivers are completely covered by insurance so that you do not have to worry about any unforeseen accidents. We also make sure that all of their training and certifications are up to date.
